Prenatal Yoga Class – Wednesday 5:15
Come and de-stress after a long day at work. Turn your focus inwards and care for yourself and your baby. This Hatha Style class will lead you through safe poses, to stretch and strengthen your pregnant body.
Breath work, meditation and other relaxation tools will be woven through each class, to help soothe your nervous system, bring calm & focus, and lessen fatigue.
Every class will end in a supportive shape, with a guided relaxation and a few minutes of silence.
As per BC regulations class size is limited and the BC vaccine passport is required to participate. Please check in at the front desk.
