Jennifer Mildon, MPT

Jennifer is a registered physical therapist with a special interest in treating pelvic health conditions. She is passionate about educating people during the perinatal period because she has observed that many are unaware of how to heal their bodies and manage their symptoms during and after pregnancy.

As a mother to a very busy toddler, she can relate to the challenges that come with trying to return to physical activity or work postpartum. Outside of her profession, Jennifer enjoys hiking, cycling, sailing, and camping with her daughter and labradoodle in tow.

Jennifer practices at Diversified Health Clinic in Victoria.
