Massage treatments can be very beneficial for managing stress and anxiety, reducing muscle tension, and supporting your body through the unique changes that are happening throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Come and enjoy a relaxing, pampering, soothing massage, lying on our special Pregnancy Pillows. It's such a relief to be able to lie on your tummy, even for a short while! Of course, the options of lying on your side or your back are also available.

Roxoliana Prus

Registered Massage Therapist

I’m here to listen to the story of your body’s aches and pains, especially those that just won’t seem to go away, no matter what you try to do to fix them. I will do everything I can to help you move with ease as you live, work, and play.
As an RMT in BC, I am trained to use hands-on methods to assess and treat soft tissues and joints. I approach my treatments from a biopsychosocial perspective; I recognize that biological, psychological, and social factors can all have significant impacts on physical pain and discomfort. I have great respect for the intricacy and depth of the nervous system and use a science-based approach in my practice. I enjoy working with people at various stages of life, especially those who are pregnant, who are parents of young children, or whose grandchildren keep them young at heart.
I divide my time between taking care of my young daughter and working as a Registered Massage Therapist. I offer mobile treatments (yes, in your own home!) and work on various days of the week here at Mothering Touch. I have completed continuing education in post cesarean section treatment and am excited to share that knowledge here at Mothering Touch. I am a practising member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and so treatments may be claimed through extended medical insurance programs. You can learn more about me and my practice at

Here is a testimonial from a client of Kyla's who she cared for before, during and after her first baby was born:

"I experienced excruciating hip pain during my pregnancy. Nothing worked to relieve it except massage. Kyla was a godsend during and after my pregnancy, always calm, soothing and respectfully listening to what I needed. She worked with me to target areas of pain as they changed over time as my baby grew heavier and wanted to be carried more often. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!" -Rosanna

Kyla is available on Fridays here at Mothering Touch. She is a Registered Massage Therapist so treatments can be claimed through extended medical insurance programs.
