Zoom Postnatal Yoga (evening class - babies optional)

Join us for Postnatal Yoga on Zoom to discover safe sequences of postnatal poses that follow the body's natural recovery process after childbirth. This is an all-levels class, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
We explore postures that strengthen your core and help release tension in your neck, shoulders and back which helps support you in your physically demanding job of carrying and feeding your baby. The class includes relaxation and discussion.
Babies are optional in this Postnatal Yoga class, if your baby is with your partner, that is completely fine. Depending on the mood of the class and the needs of the babies, your little ones may be included in the poses or just hang out with you on the mat or beside you while you practice.
You are welcome to use any props you might have to aid in body comfort and mobility. We suggest a blanket and a block (or thick book) if you have one.
This is a Drop-In Class - no advance registration required - but you must pay for the class before you attend. You will receive the zoom link and the password for the class by email once you have paid.
Our Drop-In Classes are $16 each, or $13 if you buy a punch card of 10 classes.

Punch Card Policy: Punch cards never expire, so you can use the classes left over from your pregnancy for parent-baby classes. Punch cards are non-refundable, but fully transferable, so you can gift or sell your left-over classes to someone else if you need to.
