Motherhood Circle 2.0: The Toddler Years
The toddler years are a time of great cognitive, emotional and social development for you and your child. The challenges are often different than mothering a newborn and include: managing your emotions, choosing how to parent strong behaviours, going back to work (or not), self care, maintaining relationships and finding a work/life balance.
This group is an opportunity to have a look at your current challenges in a supported and nurturing environment. You will connect with other moms, share your personal experiences and get support on a regular basis. You will realize you are not alone in your difficulties.
You will have an opportunity to deepen your personal awareness and self-empowerment, leaving you better equipped to build the life you envisioned for you and your family.
This group is open to all mothers with children 12 months or older. Please leave the kiddos at home. This is You time!
Each registration period runs for 6 sessions. Participants can register for more than one consecutive offering, thus strengthening connections within the group.
Because this group is facilitated by a Therapeutic Counsellor some extended health plans will cover a portion of the cost. Check with yours before registering.
