During the 4 week Mindfulness for Parents Program we will take a common sense approach to understanding the nature of our thoughts and how parents can incorporate techniques of mindfulness into their daily life.
Mindfulness is about being present and paying attention in the moment. Practising mindfulness can help parents manage the stressors of daily life, improve physical and emotional health and increase the capacity for enjoyment.
This group is open to all parents. Babes in arms are welcome and encouraged.
Each registration period runs for 4 sessions. Participants can register for more than one consecutive offering, thus strengthening connections within the group.
