Prenatal Classes For Doctors’ Patients

Our group prenatal classes for doctors’ patients provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where parents-to-be can meet to collect and discuss information and prepare themselves for the journey ahead.  Our courses are designed and taught by trained and experienced childbirth educators who are also doulas and breastfeeding counselors.

Registration Information:

Below is a list of our scheduled classes.  All of these classes follow the same course outline, just on different schedules.  

Classes are taught live from Victoria BC so all class times are Pacific Time.

Which format to choose? You should choose the format you prefer based on your availability, your learning style and the time of day when you feel best able to learn.

Which date to choose?  It is best to register for a class that begins after your 28th week of pregnancy and ends before your 38th week.  You should register for your prenatal class as soon as possible as dates fill up quickly.  If you have any difficulties selecting a class that fits with your dates, please contact us.

Two Saturdays In-Person

In accordance with the provincial regulations, participants in in-person classes will be required to be vaccinated against COVID19 and to wear masks. We reserve the right to move these classes online with little notice, depending on the directives of the BC Provincial Health Officer.

Fee:  $225+GST for Pregnant Parent & Birth Helper

Four Sunday Afternoons In-Person

from 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Six Tuesday Evenings ON-LINE

from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

In the weeknight series of classes, the same group meets for six weeks in a row.  This enables participants to get to know each other and provide each other with support through the last weeks of their pregnancies.

These classes will run ON-LINE through to the end of 2021. These classes are available for those who have not yet chosen to be vaccinated, or who prefer the online class format.

Fee:  $225 +GST for Pregnant Parent & Birth Helper
