Kaarina loves talking with new parents and parents-to-be about the daily ups and downs of life with a newborn. She is also manages much of our social media, website and blog content.
Her interests center around women's health issues which led her to get a degree in Women's Studies from the University of Victoria. Since the births of her own 2 children, she wants to be a support for other families through the difficult and memorable first years of pregnancy and parenting.
