We believe women value opportunities to become comfortable with their bodies during pregnancy and after giving birth.
All of our pre and post-natal fitness classes are lead by certified instructors specializing in helping women to strengthen and prepare their bodies for labour and motherhood.
Our prenatal classes help women from their first trimester of pregnancy onwards enjoy the benefits of exercise during pregnancy, while our postnatal classes help women recover from the pregnancy and childbirth and embrace their beautiful new mama bodies!
- All activity classes are available on a drop-in basis only.
- Registration is not necessary for these classes.
- The drop-in fee is $12
- Punch-cards are available as $55 for 5 classes or $100 for ten classes.
- Punch Cards are NOT refundable, but they are FULLY transferable.
- Plan to arrive 10 minutes before start time to make sure you have a spot in the class.
