Preparing for Baby & Childbirth

Childbirth Preparation / Prenatal Classes - We believe parents value support and information as they make choices about their care during pregnancy and childbirth.
Mothering Touch Prenatal Classes provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where parents-to-be can meet to collect and discuss information and prepare themselves for the journey ahead.

Parenting The Newborn - Taught by experienced breastfeeding educators and postpartum doulas, our Parenting the Newborn Class helps parents-to-be prepare to care for their new baby.

Sibling Preparation - This 90 min. class is aimed at 3-9 year-olds who are about to have a new sibling. Topics include: what babies like; what babies need; how a big-brother or big-sister can help with the baby.

Bringing Baby Home - Couples becoming parents (drop-in!) - Prepare yourself for life with your baby and discover how to be the best parenting team possible. Learn how to strengthen your relationship with your partner and foster your baby's development.
