From Surviving to Thriving

Being a mother can be difficult. Your entire life changes including your identity and relationships, which can cause frustration, anxiety, conflict and overwhelm (to name a few).

Children can bring out our best and our worst.

In the midst of this, you are your child’s most important teacher. Your well-being (or lack of)  has tremendous impact on your family.

What if motherhood was an opportunity to address some of your own personal challenges so they don’t surface in unhealthy ways and negatively impact your family?

In this 45 min seminar, Theresa Gulliver, Mother, Step Mother and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, shares useful information and tools to help you thrive into motherhood.

You will learn:

– how to model positive behaviour to your child(ren)
– skills for taking responsibility of your emotions
– the importance of getting the support you need

– how information is passed from one generation to the next and what to do about it

Theresa’s goal is for you to seize every opportunity to heal and grow and be the best mother you can be.

Join her Sunday May 28th from 7:30 – 8:30 pm for this Free Seminar at Mothering Touch
